SYSTEM INSTALLATION

TRIAC SERVICES LTD CAN INSTALL YOUR APPLICATIONS:

Electric motors generally require control of speed enabling better utilisation of specific applications. Speed control can be used to manage environmental conditions within an HVAC system, better control of conveyor belts, regulate the flow through pumps, control the speed of fans and all subsequently resulting in huge energy savings on your electric motor’s power consumption. We can supply and install your Inverters for you on to brand new applications or retrofits. We offer great prices as an ABB HVAC Drive partner. Our engineers are specialists in installing and commissioning your Inverters. We hold a variety of ABB ACH580 series inverters, and we can supply from 0.75kW – 250kW.

HVAC MICRO BUILDING MANAGEMENT SYSTEM (BMS)

At Triac Services Ltd we have the expertise to install micro HVAC Building Management Systems for your buildings. We can fit and install PLCs and HMI screens by modifying existing plantroom control panels or even build you a brand new application.

You may only require monitoring and accessibilty of one plantroom; we can install every type of analog sensor, digital transmitters, create taylor made PLC programs to work in conjunction with a control panel touch HMI display(s). The HMI displays will allow for in-house engineers to monitor your plant equipment e.g. air and/or water temperature, air and/or water flow rate/pressure, monitor alarms with reset capabilities, application graphics to indicate equipment running and gives you the capability to adjust your system parameters. If you don’t want your system to be altered, then this is easy to fix, we can simply password protect your apllication(s)

If required, we can even monitor your plant remotely and offer assistance from our offices.
